  1. Online buyers will pay an 8% buyer’s premium, shipping & insurance fees. Agreement to do so is provided when you register. Local online buyers may make arrangements to pick up product after the auction.
  2. Live attendees will observe Illinois law re: social distancing inside building. Talk to your governor if you don’t like the pandemic rules; not us. Attendance may be limited to first-come, first-serve. Doors open at 8 a.m. sharp. Buyers line up outside and are asked to respect order of arrival.  
  3. Illinois ammo and gun purchase laws will be followed regardless of state of buyer residence. Ammo will be sold in local auction only. FOID card or concealed carry card (CURRENT) will be mandatory. Guns will be taken to Hilltop Guns, Colona, IL where a $30 ownership transfer fee is assessed. If buyer does not pick gun up at Hilltop, buyer will pay shipping fees and insure the gun value. Buyer will be notified of these fees prior to shipping but agrees via the purchase and registration at the auction to pay these fees. All guns will be shipped at buyer expense to another registered gun dealership of buyer’s choice where another fee may be assessed.
  4. All products are sold as is. Any item removed from the facility and claims made about performance will be considered null and void. You are buying what is/as is. No exceptions. We do reveal flaws we’re aware of.
  5. Auction house reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
